For this award category, Land Data asks  solicitors, licensed conveyancers and personal search companies to nominate and provide feedback on the local authority Local Land Charges teams who they believe are committed to delivering a consistently high level of customer service. Could this be you?

​

The award judges will combine the voting rankings and volumes with data from the NLIS Hub on accuracy and turn around times. Extra points will be given to local authorities who have invested in their staff and customers by attending Land Data training. 

 

We will have a winner for district councils, London Boroughs, one for metropolitan councils and one for unitary councils.

Land Data will encourage nominations by working with our legal media partners, posting on LinkedIn as well as liaising with the NLIS channels and other stakeholders. The Law Society will also share the nomination link with CQS accredited residential conveyancing practice members.
