Customer Satisfaction Award for all Searches

For this award category, which is sponsored by Mining Redemption Authority, Land Data asks solicitors, licensed conveyancers and personal search companies to nominate and provide feedback on the local authority Local Land Charges teams that they believe are committed to delivering a consistently high level of customer service.

​

The award judges will combine the voting rankings and volumes with data from the NLIS Hub on accuracy and turn around times. Extra points will be given to local authorities who have invested in their staff and customers by attending Land Data training. 

 

There will be a winner for district councils, London Boroughs, metropolitan councils and one for unitary councils.
