The course was created and is run by Shirley Crook, Land Data’s trainer, training will be held on Teams in small groups, for up to 10 delegates. This is to allow for a personal experience, and to allow delegates to interact with the trainer.

Those working in National Parks who are now responsible for updating the HMLR – Local Land Charges Register.

  • Local Land Charges register / H M Land Registry Register

  • Form LLC1 / HM Land Registry Local land charge search results?

  • How to recognise what a local land charge is, when an item is or isn’t a charge – with examples

  • National Parks Registrations

  • CON29 relating to National Parks

  • Modification / Cancellation of Registrations
