Providing a more detailed look at key processes, risks and liabilities, this session adds greater context to Local Authority procedures and explores the important relationships with other, data providing departments.
The course was created by late Jan Boothroyd, the country’s leading Local Land Charges expert and author of the well-known book ‘Garner’s Local Land Charges’, and is now run by Shirley Crook, Land Data’s expert trainer. The session is held in small groups of up to 10 delegates, allowing for an interactive, personal experience

Very informative session overall. I appreciated the historical context and background to how LLC were introduced. I gained a better understanding of the terminology used and the information on the CON29 was most helpful .
