Winners Announced at the 2014 Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence

The winners of the 2014 Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence were announced last night during a ceremony hosted by actor and presenter Shaun Williamson in Bristol.

The national awards, now in their 7th year, celebrate the work and achievements of local authority local land charges departments which carry out the land and property searches required for conveyancing transactions in England and Wales.

Jan Boothroyd, Chief Executive of Land Data commented: “Land Data are delighted to be able to honour the excellent service from local government local land charges teams who are delivering outstanding results in the face of radical change and budget cuts.
