Index awarded NLIS Channel License

Land Data, the NLIS regulator has awarded a NLIS channel license to Index, a conveyancing search provider with 23 offices across England and Wales. The company joins the two existing live NLIS channels, SearchFlow and Thames Water Property Searches in providing authoritative electronic land and property information through NLIS to the conveyancing profession.

Index has been operating a successful franchise model for the past 6 years and offers conveyancers every type of search required in the land and property buying process. With 23 regional Index offices, it is one of the fastest growing conveyancing search providers in the country. The company’s ethos is based on providing a bespoke personal service local to the conveyancer which embraces modern technology at every step of the conveyancing search process.

NLIS was established 15 years ago and is the only government approved and regulated electronic land and property searches portal in the market.
