Customer Satisfaction Award for Local Authority Searches

Land Data asks conveyancing solicitors to nominate and provide feedback on the Local Authority Local Land Charges team that they believe is consistently committed to delivering a high level of customer service. Conveyancers are asked to consider quality, efficiency, reliability and value for money.

How are nominations collected?

  • Land Data collects nominations directly from solicitors and licensed conveyancers at industry events around the country.
  • The award category is advertised in the legal media, readers\subscribers are asked to make nominations.
  • The NLIS channel who sponsors this award invites customers to vote through a link from their website
  • Land Data asks the regional Law Society groups to share the nomination link with members
  • Local Authorities are encouraged to make their direct customers aware of the award and provide the link for making a nomination. An email template which can be sent to local authorities customers can be downloaded here.

  Award entries will be judged by the award sponsor who will consider:

  • The number of votes received
  • The ‘quality’ of the statement providing evidence of the customer satisfaction
  • The results are weighted to reflect official housing stock figures and total NLIS search volumes.
