Supported by the Local Land Charges Institute, this two-day annual event has been running for 24 years and is now a highly regarded feature in the local land charges calendar. The event is the only one of its kind to offer key training and development opportunities exclusively for Local Authority Local Land Charges personnel in England and Wales.
The 2019 event was a huge success with 150 delegates attending over the two days. This year's daytime programme will provide a mix of lively plenary sessions, a keynote session and three breakout sessions entitled Local Plans, All Things Water and the CON29 and A Commercial Approach to Authoritative Data. Local Authorities who have migrated their Local Land Charges to HM Land Registry will be sharing thier experiences and other sessions from HM Land Registry, the LGA and software suppliers will also feature on the programme. Two social events will take place in the evenings, a dinner with a sponsored drinks reception on Sunday evening and the Land Data Local Land Charges Awards drinks reception, dinner and awards ceremony on Monday evening.
