Local Land Charges Training and Development Event

The 2024 Local Land Charges Training & Development Event planning is now under way. It will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport, on 4th & 5th March 2024.

The 2023 event was a huge success with over 120 Local Land Charges Officers attending from across England and Wales. Delegates were treated to a series of excellent presentations, industry updates and opportunities to learn, including:

  • LGA briefing on UPRNs and better data management
  • HM Land Registry update on the roll out of the LLC migration programme
  • Panel discussion on 'Where next for authoritative data providers?'
  • Conveyancing market trends from NLIS
  • Guidance on planning application entries to the LLC Register and CON29
  • A planners perspective on the Community Infrastructure Levy
  • Merging authorities update

Attending the event was also a great way for delegates to:

  • Share best-practice with peers
  • Network and make new connections
  • Boost morale within their team
  • Celebrate the 2023 winners of our Excellence Awards
  • Have fun!

This highly regarded conference is the only event of its kind to offer important training and development opportunities exclusively for Local Authority Local Land Charges personnel.

We hope to see you at the 2024 event!
