Local Land Charges Awards 2024 now open for entries!

The Land Data Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence celebrate the very best in Local Authority Local Land Charges. Since 2008 these national awards have highlighted the work and achievements of Local Land Charges teams who carry out the land and property searches required for conveyancing transactions in England and Wales.

The 2024 awards will include two awards which ran for the first time in 2023, and the extended Customer Satisfaction Award:  

Best Newcomer Award, supported by SearchFlow, recognises new starters who go above and beyond expectations, who diligently deliver, and who spark new ideas. 

Best Performing Migrated Local Authority, supported by HM Land Registry, is for local authorities who have already migrated their local land charges register to HMLR.

Three separate shortlists for the Customer Satisfaction Award - one for district councils, metropolitan districts, London Boroughs.
