Local Land Charges Awards

The Land Data Local Land Charges Awards for Excellence celebrate the very best in Local Authority Local Land Charges. Since 2008 these national awards have highlighted the work and achievements of Local Land Charges teams who carry out the land and property searches required for conveyancing transactions in England and Wales.

In challenging and changing times, we believe it’s more important than ever to showcase best practice, value and high standards. The Awards will take place virtually in 2022, five of the eight award categories will feature recognising customer satisfaction, the best NLIS Local Land Charges department, an Unsung Hero and the Local Authority Searches Team of the Year.  A winner and a highly commended for each category will be chosen by a panel of judges from the Coal Authority, HM Land Registry, the Law Society, the National Land Information Service, Land Data and the Local Land Charges Institute.
