We are committed to acting responsibly in all our business relationships and to taking a leadership position within our sector.

As part of our community investment activity we select a charity to support every year and at our industry events we give delegates the option to support our nominated charity. Past charities have included Habitat for Humanities, Cancer Research and Kids Out.

We frequently listen to and act on the views of our staff and, where possible, offer flexible working and actively promote equal opportunities.

We have office policies in place, including recycling and home working which help us work towards becoming carbon neutral, as far as we can.
