Intermediaries

The National Land Information Service has created an additional means of accessing property information by establishing a sub-licensing scheme which incorporates intermediaries as resellers of NLIS derived information products.

Each Intermediary is partnered with one or more of the three existing NLIS Channels and is able to purchase property searches for their internal use, or they are able to sell the property searches in the marketplace.

Intermediaries have been established as a way of expanding the market of
official property information products. At present no intermediaries have been appointed. Details will be listed as soon the process begins.

If you are interested in obtaining a search through the National Land Information Service, you are advised to contact one of the four licensed NLIS channels to find out about the ordering process.
