Additional conveyancing search provider appointed in bid to stream homebuying process
27.11.06The Council for National Land Information Service (C-NLIS) is pleased to announce that leading conveyancing search provider Jordans Limited has been appointed as the additional licensed channel for NLIS.
Alex Fraser, Chief Executive from C-NLIS comments: "We are delighted to welcome Jordans Limited. The organisation has had over 30 years experience in the conveyancing industry and is at the forefront of the IT revolution, enhancing the provision of property search information.
"C-NLIS strives to encourage the efficiency of the land and property information market by bringing a growing spectrum of information providers into its NLIS hub, as well as developing new and improved search services. The increased number of online Channel Search Providers licensed to C-NLIS will significantly expand the NLIS market and will ultimately help improve the homebuying process."
