Most improved services award

This award recognises local land charges departments that have best improved their service between 1 June 2010 and 30 November 2010. Judging of this award will be based on the following criteria:

  • Highest increase in the % of electronic NLIS searches versus other search types (paper, personal search, email etc)
  • Established or increased electronic search price in 2010
  • Taken a new NLIS product in the last six months
  • Upgraded the Local Authorities NLIS connection level
